Are you experienced in the care sector and now looking to take the next step in your career to work with an outstanding care provider in East Devon with an existing and dedicated staff team?

You will have a QCF level 2 and QCF level 3 or equivalent or willing to work towards

You need to have a passion for delivering a high quality service, where people matter most and are a role model to your team.


  • As a Team Leader you will assist the Registered Manager with all aspects of the Care Home management.
  • To have the skills and ability to motivate, lead and inspire the staff team.
  • You will be a champion of values and principles and be able to pass these on by example.
  • To be actively engaged with residents and staff, continuously seeking opportunities for improvements to residents' lifestyles
  • Be a champion for person centred care, safeguarding people whilst up holding their rights and freedoms.

Pay:
£16.33 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 30 per week
