Our client is currently looking for a Field Technical Supervisor to join their busy team based in Croydon.


The Field Technical Supervisor will be joining a global organisation, with its product brand recognised throughout the industry for their quality pedestrian and high-performance entrance solutions.

The Supervisor will provide technical assistance over thephone, and on site for technicians along with carrying out maintenance, and servicing of automatic sliding, swing & revolving door systems.


You will be covering Croydon and inner London area, offering Field management support and technical assistance to the field engineers, along with planned and preventative maintenance on a complete range of automatic pedestrian, automatic doors.

Followinglogical and systematic steps to diagnose existing and potential faults and excellent customer service.

Salary:
£37,500 + call-out £2400 & £1,900 allowance, (£41,800)

Contract Type:
Full Time, Permanent

Field Technical Supervisor Requirements:

  • Basic Electrical knowledge
  • Be from the Automatic or Industrial Doors/Gates/Barriers/Speed lanes/Turnstiles industry
  • Supervisory or a lead engineering background
  • A full driving licence and other operating licenses are also of benefit. IPAF etc.
  • Able to work on your own, managing your time and workload accordingly
  • Develops good working relationships with other coworkers and customers
  • Serviced Automatic, Sliding, Swing & Revolving Doors
  • ADIA / ADSA BS EN16005 Certified
  • IT Skills,
  • NVQ in Door Engineering
  • Electrically Qualified, 18th Edition etc.

Field Technical Supervisor Benefits:

  • Salary Package £41,800
  • Premium overtime at Time and a third, time and a half and double time
  • You will receive an oncall premium (1 week in 5) £200 pw (£2,400 pa)
