We currently have an opportunity for a permanent role as a Steriliser Operator to join us.

The function of a Production Steriliser Operator is to oversee the sterilisation process of the product and maintain the production process, so work continues in a safe and productive manner, maintaining food safety and quality.

You will be required to control the supply of formulated products to the filling machines on time and using the correct type of formula Control the process formulation between allergens and non-allergens and control batches on time and in line with production planning.

You must have the ability to work on your own initiative, have strong communication skills, be able to participate in problem solving techniques and be able to work nights and weekends.

Be able to communicate in written and verbal English
Experience in working in food manufacturing environment
Have an awareness of food allergen and basic food hygiene
Working knowledge of IT systems such as MS Office
FLT licence
You will be responsible for the safe operation and troubleshooting of the facility's equipment and instruments.

You will become conversant with internal processes and structures such as IWS, MES and using SQCDME Key Performance Indicators as a measure of success.
