Job Title: Junior Legal Advisor

Salary: Circa £65,000 depending on experience

Location: Stevenage (relocation package available)

Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week onsite due to workload

Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship

The opportunity: Join as a trusted Junior Legal Adviser, providing legal advice to stakeholders and supporting the senior management team.

  • Work in the UK Legal Team with international exposure

Your aim is to:

  • Minimize risks and liabilities for the company
  • Engage external legal support within budget
  • Promote corporate governance
  • Monitor legal and regulatory changes

You will provide advice on:

  • Contractual terms
  • Disputes
  • Employment
  • Intellectual property
  • Regulatory issues
  • Treasury matters
  • Company secretarial duties
  • DEFCONs and Government terms
  • Training on contractual terms and conditions

Looking for:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with 3-5 years' experience
  • Legal qualifications with PQE
  • Private practice experience
  • Good communication and multicultural skills
  • Strong drafting and negotiating abilities
  • Commercial risk management skills
