We have an exciting opportunity to join our Newcastle Flagship store as a full time sales manager, selling quality furniture, both beds and upholstery.

As a Sales Manager you will represent our brand and vision delivering fantastic, friendly customer service.

  • Assist the store manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
  • Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
  • Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory update records
  • Complete daily and weekly ordering with suppliers
  • Coach and support new staff members
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust product positioning
  • Handle complaints from customers
  • Research emerging products and assist social media marketing to attract new customers
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functional and presentable
  • Make sure all employees adhere to company's policies and guidelines
  • Take a weekly stock check
  • Process stock deliveries and assist loading the van.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 32 per week

Salary:
£17,000.00 per year
