Hawk Classics is currently looking for a full time Workshop Administrator.


We are a growing car restoration specialist based in Northfleet, Kent, with a small team of mechanics delivering servicing, maintenance and restoration of cars from pre-war to the 90s and as part of that growth we are in need of someone to take over the administrative and front of house tasks as well as help on the workshop floor.


Specifically, the role requires the following:

  • Answering the phone and dealing with client requests
  • Production of invoices
  • Administration of the workshop management tools
  • Management of the company social media accounts
  • Client management
  • Supplier management
  • Stock management
  • Assistance with workshop maintenance
  • Delivery and collection of parts
  • Willingness to learn elements of the mechanical side of the business
  • Assistance with workshop tasks


The package being offered is a starting salary of £22K per year, with an additional 10% Pension, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays as well as Christmas eve and New Year's Eve.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:30.


Due to insurance restrictions, we can only offer this post to those who are 25 and older and we require applicants to hold a clean, full UK driving license.


Salary:
£22,000.00 per year
