As a Branch Manager, your main focus will revolve around boosting sales, meeting targets, and delivering exceptional service to all customers. You will enjoy a high level of autonomy within your branch and receive support from the local management team.
- Achieving branch sales, margin, and targets.
- Ensuring top-notch service for all customers.
- Leading the branch team to prioritize customer service, communication, and sales objectives.
- Managing branch operations and expenses efficiently.
- Overseeing stock control, cash handling, and customer accounts.
- Implementing and upholding organizational policies and procedures.
- Effectively communicating aims and objectives to your team.
- Supervising all aspects of daily branch operations.
- Maintaining health and safety standards at the depot.
