As part of our company wide transformation, you could join our brand new 24/7 Proactive Control Team which will focus on asset performance, primarily using diagnostics to help us choose the best course of action and future preventative actions.

By joining this team, you could support the delivery of our ongoing environmental commitments to avoid ongoing pollutions.

You will be part of the continued drive for change and will ultimately make a significant difference to the communities we serve.

In your role as a Proactive Control Analyst, you will be expected to analyse data and information from a variety of sources, to diagnose asset performance issues, initiate urgent remedial work and recommend actions to prevent future events and modifications to increase effectiveness and efficiency of the business.

You will take action to ensure this timely intervention takes place in order to maintain the functionality of the Company's assets, deliver reductions in pollution, environmental incidents & water incidents, and facilitate an increase in operational productivity.

We operate on a shift rota over 6 weeks period.
Each shift is either Day (Apply online only)) or Night (Apply online only))
Roasted shifts are either Tuesday- Thursday or Friday – Monday
After each bank of days you will be no standby 2 or 3 days
Your day-to-day will consist of analysis of asset performance exceptions to monitor for and manage emerging risk.

You will deep dive into the data investigating the trends and what they mean in relation to the site in question.

If needed a job is raised for field teams to resolve.

This is an end-to-end process so you will track the jobs and gain insight to validate our choices and actions.

We will encourage you to question the normal and you will use different interventions where needed.

Your role will be crucial to our business objective to meet zero pollutions by 2040 and being passionate about the environment is key to help us on this journey.
