Job Summary:

As an Outbound Telemarketer at Cells4Life, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads and prequalifying them for our services.

You will play a crucial role in identifying potential customers and nurturing them through the initial stages of the sales process.

This position requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to assess their needs and qualify them as potential customers.
• Provide accurate information about Cells4Life's products and services.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Meet and exceed targets for the number of outbound calls, held conversations, and conversion rates.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Record all information on the company's CRM in detail ensuring all correspondence is documented accordingly
• Ensure compliance within job under relevant Human Tissue UK and EU law
• Attend exhibitions where necessary to generate new leads
• Take a spirited and enthused approach to the leads responsible for, and carrying conversations to encourage conversion rate.
• Responsible for maintaining outofhours phone service for emergency kit dispatches on rotational basis with other members of sales
• Continuously improve, and strive for excellence through daytoday feedback as well as scheduled review meeting
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
• Follow up all sales enquiries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction, incorporating:

a) Respond to customer queries relating to the UK sales base promptly

b) Provide accurate information to customers about pricing and the logistics of the service

c) Articulate technical information in clear and concise manner

e) Maintain a high conversion rate of leads to sales

f) Handle objections appropriately and confidently

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outbound telemarketing or sales role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
• Bachelor degree preferred.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary with OTE (On-Target Earnings) of £35,000 per year.
