Coordinator: Residencies Programme

This role will support the Adobe Residency Programme through the organisation and co-ordination of learning events, practitioner/studio needs and general project support to ensure the success of the programme.

They will be an active member of the Learning and Digital team that delivers a year-round programme of pre-booked and drop-in activities across a wide range of audiences.

They will work closely with the two Residencies Producers, Senior Producer, Team Leader and 3 annual residents to ensure the administrative and programme support needs are met.

This includes room bookings, organising catering, recording metrics, supporting the delivery team, diary management, ordering materials, organising travel, and supporting museum-wide requests to estates, security, contact centre, and other key delivery partners.

They will provide key administrative support to the annual symposium, knowledge share with international Adobe Residencies Partners, and private viewing events.

They will provide general finance support including inputting data into budgets, keeping accurate records, raising POs, and supporting the Team Leader during quarterly reforecasting and budgeting reports.

They will record visitor figures, and report these to relevant bodies.


They will also assist at key events across learning, including working with the residency programme with Families, Young People, and Schools audiences.

This could include onsite at the various V&A sites, or offsite with community partners.

They will be detail orientated and have experience coordinating and managing the administration of large projects, ideally in the cultural sector.

They will be proactive in maintain administrative data, identifying efficiencies and creating systems to contribute to the success of the programme.
