Are you the person who can help run our Spa efficiently, productively and with a passion for the Spa industry?

About the role:

  • To provide our guests with first class hospitality, providing advice and guidance on treatments, retail products, making bookings and supporting the Spa Therapists, providing a truly luxurious experience
  • Make all of our guests feel welcome and help them unwind.
  • Responsible for payments, opening and closing the reception area.
  • Help promote and drive the business forward.
  • Admin tasks given by the Spa / Assistant Spa Manager.
  • Professional telephone manor and able to multitask.
  • Ensuring the Spa / Grand Salon area is kept to the highest of standards

What would make you the perfect fit?

  • A natural flair and elegance for service and a passion for providing a luxurious level of service
  • Experience in a similar position is preferred but not essential, a background in a luxury spa environment would be beneficial
  • Exceptional communication skills are essential, including a fluent level of English
  • Flexibility is key, shift times are 8.30 am pm with a 1hour lunch break. (Alternate weekend pattern is required)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Warm & friendly personality
  • Excellent grooming skills
  • Computer literate

This role is full time, 36 hours per week.
