The role

Responsibilities:

  • Accurate data entry into Payroll database of sensitive and confidential client information in a timely manner and process payroll efficiently
  • Maintain master payroll records for Real Time Information purposes
  • Dealing with client enquiries in relation to payroll, benefit and expenses
  • Upload of pension files to the relevant providers
  • Completing payroll journals
  • General database maintenance

Skills and experience
Experience of working within an accountancy practice is preferable with previous experience of both elements of the role.
VLook, Pivot Tables, Excel

Personal skills
Good communication skills are essential for dealing with clients, colleagues and in your written work.
Good organisational skills are also required as you may be working with multiple clients at any time.
