At St Marys Care Centre in Anlaby, Hull we are looking to hire a Domestic Assistant to join our fantastic team Reporting to the Housekeeper and Home Manager, you will work as part of a team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the home.


Responsibilities:

  • You will complete a variety of daily and weekly cleaning tasks to ensure the home is clean and safe for Residents, staff and visitors.
  • Adhere to the companies Infection Control policy.
  • Complete relevant documentation to evidence the cleanliness of the service.
  • Sort washing into relevant groups, where applicable, and process it through the washer, drier and iron.
  • Ensure the laundry room is kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • Excellent timekeeping and attention to detail.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
  • Be available to work alternative weekends, or when required.
