We are looking for four call handlers to help deal with referrals, enquiries from patients, service users, carers and clinicians for mental health services.

The service is a call handling service for our Mental Health Services in The Bay Locality.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a new service.

You will provide vital support to our clinical teams whilst maintaining front line contact with our patients and service users.
