Salary - Competitive

Hours of Work - Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm

You will be responsible for providing written quotations and taking incoming telephone calls for price requests and technical product information.

You will be required to record data accordingly for all aspects of analysis. Introducing, maintaining UK best practice guidelines with a desire for continuous improvement. This includes full communication and collaboration with our external sales teams and other relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the provision of high service level by performing duties, including provision of quotations within KPI targets.
  • Deliver telephone, face to face and written communication to a high level.
  • Follow up sales opportunities with a proactive drive both with colleagues and customers directly.
  • Record and maintain documentation relating to job role effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain service levels and performance against objectives and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders and customers in a friendly, professional manner.

Experience/Skills/Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within a customer service and/or business to business environment.
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to work as part of a team and manage own workload.
  • Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Works well in a fastpaced environment.
