Job Title: Reporting Analyst

Company: We are looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our team and assist with a variety of reporting requirements. As a Reporting Analyst, you will collaborate with internal teams such as Loan Administration, Asset Management, and IT, as well as with external clients to support them in completing their tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare private side reports in coordination with the Primary Team.
  • Offer support and backup for CMBS book reporting.
  • Compile companywide statistics for pitch books, marketing materials, and data requests.
  • Write basic SQL queries.
  • Assist in preparing quarterly risk review reports and ensure updated covenants, KPIs, and commentary.
  • Participate in the pre-IPD process and aid in the preparation of loan-level reports and servicing fee invoices.
  • Collaborate with Asset Managers on investor-reporting packages at various levels.
  • Support additional duties as per servicing agreements, including monitoring finance parties' ratings and maintaining insider lists.
  • Help in producing marketing materials, pitch books, and RFPs for business units as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to write basic SQL queries.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, possess good communication skills, both written and oral, and excel in a teamwork environment. It is crucial for the candidate to have expertise in data management strategies and desktop applications, particularly Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint, and Word. Adaptability to internal technology systems and familiarity with reporting and record-keeping systems is essential. Knowledge of Bloomberg is an advantage but not mandatory. While some background in loans and securitisations is preferred, dedication, diligence, eagerness to learn, and active participation within the team are key qualities we are looking for in the ideal Reporting Analyst to enhance best practices and innovation.
