The company is seeking a Property Solicitor to join their property team in an experienced high street firm situated in either Cheshire or North Wales. The ideal candidate should be proficient in various aspects of commercial conveyancing, including sales, acquisitions, asset purchase agreements, and commercial lease negotiation. Residential property experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of commercial conveyancing cases from start to finish.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts as necessary.
  • Efficiently use Hoowla, the case management system.

Requirements:

The candidate must be a qualified solicitor with a focus on business development. They should have over 4 years of fee-earning experience in commercial property matters. This full-time permanent position offers a salary of up to £60,000 with additional benefits:

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Bonus scheme.
  • Up to 6 weeks of holiday entitlement.
