We serve up cakes and pastries, light lunches and snacks, along with artisan breads and ice-creams, but our passion for the perfect coffee is what sets us out from the competition.

We are an independent Coffee Shop in Marlow Bottom - a village on the edge of Marlow. We urgently need good, reliable and preferably experience staff.

This is a PERMANENT role for approximately 3-5 shifts a week. You must be available to do the odd weekends.

THE APPLICANT MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START STRAIGHT AWAY.

Basic Responsibilities....

  • Fast, accurate presentation of a wide range of espressobased specialty beverages and blended drinks
  • Clearing, cleaning and readying tables for customers
  • Kitchen work, operating the dishwasher and maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment
  • Serving customers rapidly and with the necessary customer service skills
  • Ensuring that you are knowledgeable about our range of products and can answer customer questions confidently
  • Fast, accurate, efficient till operation including accepting credit cards and loyalty cards
  • Carrying out the opening & closing routines, including cleaning routines, to the standard that you will be shown & trained to achieve
  • Assisting other employees in their duties
  • Demonstrate the required standards of service, selfpresentation, friendliness and accuracy
  • Basic kitchen / food prep helping to plate and serve customer orders to the standard which you will be shown.
