The Dog Bus is a well-established business with a great reputation operating since 2015.

Due to continued growth and expansion, we have a rare opportunity for a person to join us as a dog walker/handler/driver.

The role involves:

Picking up and dropping dogs from/to clients homes, supervising and undertaking enrichment games with the dogs in the field, dog walking and supporting our adventure walks (out of town walks).

This role is highly rewarding, with the obvious perks of working with dogs.

It is important to remember the fast-paced, physical and challenging nature of the job. Every day is different and many situations require quick thinking and calm responses to (not so calm) situations.

You need to be physically fit to do this role due to the nature of the walking, driving and lifting of dogs in and out of the vans.

A college qualification or degree in dog and animal welfare would be ideal.

It is essential that you are comfortable working outdoors in all weathers, poo picking and taking an active role in the business.

You must have a clean driving license with at least 4 years of driving experience and be comfortable driving a transit-style van.

You must also be happy to supply references and undertake a database check. We love covering letters. however brief They tell us a lot about your dedication to working with dogs.
