We're on the lookout for a Sales Advisor at DNA to bolster our team in handling clients' insurance needs, from general inquiries to invoicing premiums for new business quotes. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients and either aspire to kickstart a career in insurance or already have industry experience and seek to join a fantastic team, this role might be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in achieving Group/Division client retention targets by delivering impeccable service.
  • Process new business quotes daily from warm leads.
  • Address open quotes from a managed team inbox.
  • Ensure timely premium collection in accordance with Howden guidelines before starting coverage.
  • Handle all inquiries professionally, whether written or via phone, and process them efficiently in compliance with service standards.
  • Record all relevant information, correspondence, and documentation on Acturis, utilizing the diary system effectively.
  • Generate accurate and professional documentation using relevant Howden templates.
  • Process adjustments as per procedures, including insurer notifications, issuance of revised documentation, and collection of additional premium.
  • Actively promote products from other Divisions.
  • Collaborate with and support other branches and Group Resources as needed.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with all major classes of General Insurance and the CII's Code of Ethics and GDPR.
  • Minimum of 1 year of general insurance experience.
  • At least 12 months of sales experience for those aiming to build a career in insurance.

Qualifications:

  • GCSEs A-C in Maths & English.
  • Cert CII (desirable).
  • Acturis (desirable).
