Our Digital Services play a huge role in Blackwood's success, and we are looking for someone who understands the importance and potential of seamless and integrated digital services for our customers and staff. As an experienced leader, you will be able to:

  • Inspire and enthuse our staff by understanding how digital technology can enable people to do their best work and provide people with the capability and tools to add value to our services to customers.
  • Deliver excellent comprehensive digital services, including infrastructure, security, data management and protection, telephony, and software support.
  • Make sure our digital services are secure, reliable, and robust.
  • Identify, plan, and coordinate a portfolio of programmes and projects alongside operational services.
  • Instil confidence in our Board and Executive Management Team by providing advice and assurance that our digital strategy is fit for purpose and will support our strategic plans and delivery.
