Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a reputable civil engineering contractor, is seeking a dynamic professional to join their Commercial team. With a turnover of £60M and a strong track record in groundworks, earthworks, and infrastructure projects, this is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value projects in the Northern Home Counties region.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in maximizing project margins, ensuring timely payments, and building lasting client relationships. Your day-to-day tasks will involve providing commercial support to project delivery and estimating teams, managing sub-contracts, and assisting in financial management.

To be successful in this role, you should hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, have at least 5 years of post-graduate experience in the construction industry, and be familiar with earthworks, civils infrastructure, or groundworks. In addition, you must reside within a commutable distance from Bedford and possess a full UK driving license.

The ideal candidate can expect a salary ranging from £50,000 to £62,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy benefits such as a car allowance, travel expenses coverage, private health care, and enrollment in a pension scheme.
