Main role:

Operate as a single individual for snagging and maintenance work

Key responsibilities:

  • Repair and snag various items as part of our aftercare contracts.
  • Handling on his own or as part of a team works such as: ground works, drylining, masonry, carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting, small repairs/snagging etc...
  • Ensure all works covered out on site are carried out safely, any issues report to the supervisor.
  • Ensure all tools are adequate, and safe and report to site manager/office, if not.
  • Advise site management to organize PAT Testing.
