Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator in residential estate agency.
Self-motivation and exceptional organisational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients at all levels.
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets, demonstrating your drive and ambition.
A comprehensive understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings.
