- This personis an experienced technical writer capable of independentlydeveloping operator and service manuals for medicaldomain:
- Develops complete operator and servicemanuals.
- Develops and maintains standardtemplates to be used in the manuals.
- Developstechnical training packages to be used by the Product Supportstaff.
- Creates product Technical and SafetyBulletins
- Hands on experience in using XMLauthoring tools (Oxygen XML tool).
- Should haveKnowledge on DITA and CMS
- Writes safe workinstructions.
- Participates in the continuousimprovement process.
- University Degree orCollege Diploma
- At least 23 years experiencein writing technical manuals preferred.
- Theability to work under tight deadlines is a prerequisite.
- Experience with Epic Editor and Adobe Frame maker (orsimilar) is preferred.
- Create literature whichis grammatically correct concise and clearly conveys the requiredinformation to Dealer/Customer personnel.
- Ensure that the grammar format and expression of allliterature is consistent with Client standards.
- Use information from Client systems to ensure that therelevant literature is written and issued in a timelymanner.
- Should have Mechanical ElectricalHydraulic knowledge with an engineering degree or equivalentdiploma.
- Exceptional communications skillsboth verbal and written along with strong analysis skills willassist with your success in this position.
- Working alongside other departments will create a teamenvironment for this role.
- The candidate willneed to demonstrate attention to detail accuracy and a focus onsafety and quality.
