Lead financial planning, risk assessment, and analysis efforts to facilitate strategic decision-making and foster sustainable growth in the dynamic regtech landscape.

Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, audits, and investments, while ensuring adherence to relevant regulatory frameworks and reporting requirements.

Spearhead fundraising initiatives and manage capital structures, cultivating strong partnerships with investors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and board of directors, providing strategic insights on financial planning, budget allocation, cash flow management, and policy formulation.

Drive the establishment of performance metrics and monitoring systems to evaluate the company's progress towards strategic goals and enhance operational efficiency.

Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and alignment with the company's mission and objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or professional accounting designation (e.g., 10+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, with a focus on the regtech sector or related industries such as fintech or SaaS.
