Do you enjoy talking to people? Do you have good conversational skills and the ability to put people at ease?


We are looking for someone to work within a small, friendly calling team, to build relationships with those that engage with us and to secure financial support for the work that we do.


The role:

  • To phone contacts from welldeveloped databases
  • Receive incoming phone calls as part of specific campaigns
  • Ask supporters to set up a direct debit or increase their direct debit
  • Introduce Premier to people who are less familiar or totally new
  • Take financial information over the phone, and update personal details on calls
  • Convert new interest in magazines to purchase a subscription
We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Skills and Personal Qualities:

  • Experience in telemarketing or fundraising is not essential but would be an advantage
  • Team working experience
  • Proven administration, multitasking, and prioritising skills
  • IT literacy in Microsoft Office
  • The postholder will work in a Christian environment. Therefore, it will be necessary for the postholder to have respect for the Christian faith, and its values and be in sympathy with our organisational aims._
