Set up by a group of property professionals from aross Southampton, our primary goal is to bring a great service to landlords, sellers, renters and buyers alike.

We are currently looking to recruit a trainee property consultant to work within our busy London Road estate agents.

The ideal condidate must be:

  • Well presentable
  • Have great communication
  • Willing to learn, quickly
  • Able to have your own car with full driving license
  • Target driven
  • A team player


Within our company our main goal is to try and stand out from our competitors, we seek to do this purely by ensuring all staff have the industry knowledge expected, always going the extra mile and ultimately make the clients feel like our only one.

Our service must always stay personal and building great relationships.

Salary will vary, however it will be offered on minimum hours salary for the relevant age. However there is great commission structure and bonuses applicable. This can be discussed during the interview/hiring process.

Hours requried to work are 40 hours. This will include Saturdays where we open 9am to 1pm. When working Saturdays you will receive time of during the following week in lieu.
