THE ROLEnAs we embark on the next phase of growth, the

Retail Business Development Manager


will be at the forefront of our retail expansion, bringing Neutonic to national chain stores, distributors, and smaller stores to ensure it reaches as many hands as possible.

This is your opportunity to join us as we scale fast

Responsibilities:

nConduct extensive outreaching and cold-calling to buyers worldwide, showcasing Neutonic, educating buyers on nootropics and ultimately selling the benefits of Neutonic.nPlay a key role in meeting with buyers, conducting follow-up calls, and scheduling meetings.nBuild excellent relationships with buyers and prospective buyers.nDevise, plan and execute some really exciting activations and collaborations with brands retailers and distributors.nCollaborate closely with the internal design team's to create tailored pitches and presentations for retail partners.nWork closely with the commercial teams to establish pricing for retailers and negotiate deals effectively.nWork closely with buyers to secure and develop the best in store marketing activities and activations for NeutonicnOrganize, outreach, attend, and sell the brand at multiple retail-focused trade shows in the UKnConduct market research to identify retail trends and opportunities for Neutonic's growth.nDrive the development of strategic partnerships with retail outlets and distributors.nRegularly update internal teams on retail performance, market insights, and potential opportunities.nMonitor and analyse competitor activities in the retail space to stay ahead of industry trends.


Ideal Skills + Experience:

nAt least 3 years of proven experience in retail account management within the beverage or a related industry.nDemonstrated huge success in negotiating and securing deals with national chain retail stores.nStrong understanding of retail distribution channels and processes aswell as the ability to establish and maintain relationships with distributors.nA strong contact base within the industry is preferred.nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate Neutonic's unique value proposition.nA track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.nFamiliarity with the UK retail landscapes, trends, and processes.
