What you will do:

  • Create and execute the 1-3 year cloud-native architecture for our software platform
  • Lead the design and be an expert for teams delivering cloud SaaS solutions for global employment
  • Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to shape the future of Global Growth Technology
  • Ensure consistency in architecture and technology decisions across all platform components
  • Work hands-on with other architects and engineering leads to create proof-of-concepts using various technologies
  • Act as a customer advocate and ensure platform development aligns with customer expectations
  • Establish software platform security standards and enforce compliance to prevent security breaches
  • Conduct reviews and exercises with engineering teams to assess risks and incorporate new technologies
  • Educate engineering teams on best practices and advocate for world-class software solutions
  • Promote accountability and drive teams towards achieving project goals
  • Utilize deep business knowledge to support relevant areas
  • Collaborate with Product Management to define application analytics strategy
  • Ensure high reliability and performance through System & Infrastructure architecture

What we are looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience influencing architectural decisions in software-centric companies
  • Proven track record in architecting Cloud SaaS solutions, experience with AWS is a plus
  • Hands-on experience in serverless architecture and event-driven systems
  • Knowledge in application security, key management, data protection, and cloud network security
  • Strategic thinker who excels in ambiguous environments and possesses Systems Thinking ability
  • Strong communicator capable of engaging with various stakeholders and audiences
  • Ability to conceptualize and deliver creative solutions to technical challenges
  • Quick learner with the capacity to understand new architectures and designs efficiently
  • Skilled in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to derive insights
  • Thought leader who garners support for architectural ideas and technical decisions
  • Forward-thinking individual who considers future implications in current decisions
  • Advocate for continuous improvement, developer enablement, and engineering excellence
