Role Overview
We at G Force Martial Arts are excited to be extending our team at G Force Martial Arts Coventry. We are now seeking an exceptional Martial Artist Instructor to lead the classes twice a week. Full training in our syllabus will be provided.

Our lesson plans have been developed over 20 years by G Force founder Sensei Gordon Burcham (4 times World Kickboxing champion) who still today oversees his 600 student martial arts school in Rugby.

We are passionate about helping people to better themselves. Our mission statement 'Developing Champions for Life' sums this up. G Force has been teaching people aged 4yrs to 74yrs martial arts for the last 20 years.

Our different programs have been enjoyed by thousands of students, many of whom progress to become fully qualified instructors themselves.


As a G Force employed instructor, as part of your role you will be trained in and qualified in the G Force 12 module instructor program.


What we require from you
You have earned a black belt in a martial art (it doesn't matter which martial art).

You have a passion for martial arts.

You enjoy learning new things and improving.

You enjoy teaching and supporting others.

You are an excellent communicator.

You want to be a part of one of the fastest growing martial arts franchises in the country.

You are excellent at following processes.

You are highly professional and positive in your thoughts, words, actions, and appearance.

You are extremely organised and efficient and deliver even under pressure.

You learn from your mistakes, and continually acquire new skills and ways of improving what you do.


You must be available from 4 pm - 9 pm on two evenings per week (we arrange cover for you when you are ill or on holiday).
