Rethink Mental Illness are hiring a Support Worker to join our inspiring and friendly team at Sheffield Crisis House.
2 x Full-Time posts available

The Sheffield Crisis House provides short term support to individuals experiencing acute mental health crisis.

The service is accessible to adults aged 18 and above, and has 6 beds with communal areas such as kitchen, lounge, and garden.

The service is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days a week and staff work in partnership with Sheffield Health and Social Care.


Individuals can seek emotional support and guidance throughout their crisis and utilise staff to help develop or re-engage with coping strategies, and daily activities.

Support is always person-centred and designed to improve the safety and wellbeing of the individual.


We offer the opportunity to visit the service to observe the work we do and talk about a day in the life of a Support Worker with the Service Manager - this gives you the opportunity to really explore the work we do as an organisation and insight of the work you will be part of.


Rethink Mental Illness are an organisation whose common purpose is to help those who are severely impacted by mental illness.
