Arc Legal Group, an AmTrust International business, is a specialist provider of legal expenses insurance and related services.
We work with insurers, intermediaries, financial institutions, and affinity groups, focusing upon delivering bespoke solutions providing 'best in market' legal advice and case handling.
We are looking for a First Response Administrator to join our team, on a part-time basis.
The First Response Administrator will be the first point of contact on behalf of the business, adhering to service level agreements, policies and procedures at all times.
Day to day activities:
- Answer calls within contractual service level agreements, directing callers to appropriate people and resolving questions and issues.
- Sign post customers to relevant departments calmly and professionally.
- Understand and embrace the concept of "excellent customer service"
This position requires you to work 20 hrs/week - set days part-time over a 2 week rota pattern:
Week 1:
Mon - 4pm to 8pm
Tues - 4pm to 8pm
Weds - Off
Thurs - 3pm to 8pm
Fri - 3pm to 8pm
Sat - 9am to 1pm
Week 2:
Mon - 4pm to 8pm
Tues - 4pm to 8pm
Weds - 10am to 3pm (Office based)
Thurs - 10am to 3pm
Fri - 3pm to 8pm
Sat - Off

This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week, with a competitive compensation package including a shift allowance and bonus.
