As the Accounts Payable Controller your key responsibility is to manage from end to end the day-to-day operational AP process across all the entities of the group.
ResponsibilitiesFull responsibility for the purchase ledgers.
Manage various Accounts Payable inboxes.
Maintain bank mandates and reconcile multiples bank accounts.
Maintain the Accounts Payable system (KEFRON and SunSystems).
Strengthen internal control over expenditures procedures.
Process employee expenses & corporate credit cards.
Process supplier payment runs for various entities.
Ad-hoc payments and general assistance to the wider finance team.
Assist with month-end management accounts processes.
Assist with financial audits.
While not directly interacting with customers, your actions should align with upholding the FCA's Consumer Duty principles, thereby contributing to fair and beneficial outcomes for our clients.
About YouSkills & Knowledge
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
