What you will do in your working day

Duties will include:

Client Relationship Building:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
  • Collaborate with clients to define job requirements and specifications
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to clients throughout the recruitment process

Job Posting and Marketing:

  • Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements

Interview Coordination:

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in the preparation of contracts, offers, and other necessary documentation
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the company's database

The training you will be getting
Recruitment Resourcer Level 2 Standard.

Training is delivered in the workplace with a mixture of face to face and remote sessions. There will also be some group sessions throughout the programme delivered in college.

Potential position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
