  • What will you do?_


Providing friendly company and emotional support such a chat, shoulder, or cup of tea to personal care tasks of washing, bathing, and continence support.

Nutritious meal preparation and light medication assistance. Household duties maintaining a clean and tidy home to more advanced complex care needs with additional training


As a senior you will be expected to know and understand the paperwork involved in this role, this can include audit, risk assessments, wellbeing checks, leading your team, support with training and offering guidance and support when needed.

You will be responsible for supporting your own small team of carers and service users

Working pattern:

Seniors will be have supplied with availability and within this a range of hours can include AM, PM and evening shifts.

Also we have a set requirement for some availability over weekends. We do not require seniors to work every weekend but must be able to work every other weekend.


Shift Patterns 7am - 2pm 4pm -10pm or a selection of hours in between to suit the needs of the service users.

Salary:
From £12.25 per hour
