Contracts Manager - Civils

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with civils and groundworks engineering background to join a well-established regional Contractor in Cornwall.

With the company currently expanding and a solid client base, this is an exciting opportunity to become a part of their team.


The Role:
  • You will oversee the operations of sites, ensuring health and safety compliance, managing site teams, supervisors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Attend meetings and maintain regular communication with clients regarding project progress.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Contracts Manager in civils, groundworks, or surfacing.
  • Hold SMSTS certification and have a strong focus on health and safety.
  • Good commercial and financial acumen.
  • Must possess a Full Driving License.

This position offers a competitive salary of approximately £65,000, along with a company vehicle and pension scheme.
