FLEXIBLE WEEKEND WORK for experienced Support Workers in the Retford area

Our client specialises in the support of residents with various mental health conditions and learning disabilities.


Your general duties will include assisting service users with their daily life, personal care, supporting their physical and mental wellbeing, engaging in fun activities to promote the highest quality of life, and providing company and emotional support.

If you are a passionate support worker looking for a great opportunity to make a genuine impact on people's lives, focusing on their self-development to provide a route back into the community, then this could be the role for you

You will be working either:

  • Days: 08:0020:00
  • Nights: 20:0008:00

You will be paid:

- £12.00 per hour (Days)
- £13.00 per hour (Nights)

  • Have referenceable work history.
  • Hold indate mandatory training certificates (including moving and handling, safeguarding vulnerable adults and infection control).
  • Hold an enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 12 months or registered on the update service.
  • Have a minimum of 3 months paid UK work experience working within a care setting.


If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this.

We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep
