We're hiring a SHE Advisor to join our team at Natural Resources Team for our Severn Trent framework. You'll be based in a mix of our Solihull office, our sites, and remote work.

Location: Remote work and Solihull Office

Contract: Permanent, Full Time, with flexible and part-time options available upon request

Salary: circa £35,000 to £45,000 based on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote Safety, Health, and Welfare
  • Collaborate with operational teams on SHE responsibilities
  • Assist in developing Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work
  • Conduct health and safety Inspections & Audits regularly

Requirements:

  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence
  • NEBOSH certificate in occupational health & safety
  • Membership of relevant professional institution (e.g., IOSH, IEMA)
  • Experience in civil engineering, construction, or Water/utilities sector
