Hours of Work: 40 per week, including 1x30 minute paid break per day.

Week 1 - 6am - 2pm

Week 2 - 10pm - 6am

Week 3 - 2pm - 10pm

Up to £20.47 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance) when operating 3 rotating shifts.

ROLE PURPOSE:

Help support the team leader with managing the efficient and cost-effective running of a Production Team, ensuring the safety of Team employees, the business overall, protecting against environmental impact and securing the quality of its products and services that will meet or exceed the customer's expectations.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Attend to all planned & unplanned work across a multi-disciplined arena – electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatic, process & PLC.

Ensure that all Manufacturing Plant is maintained in line with targeted KPI's and best practise methodologies

Record & Report findings from investigations

Provide flexibility for cover through holidays/training/absence

Maintain & service all plant & equipment to agreed schedules

Contribute to the EHS culture to create a healthy and risk free working environment

Commit to personal & team development through active engagement.

Apply OE & CI principles

Responsible for Product Safety & Product Quality as defined by regulatory, Hydro and local procedures

Communicate issues in a timely manner through escalation of chain of command
