About Our Client
Our client is a reputable law firm known for its wide range of legal services and client-centered approach. The Company and Commercial team stands out in offering expert guidance and assistance to various clients.

We aim to grow our team by adding a skilled Solicitor/Associate with a solid background in company establishment, business agreements, and corporate deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide counsel on company setup, structure, and reorganization, ensuring adherence to all legal standards.
  • Create, revise, and discuss business contracts, such as service agreements, IT contracts, distribution agreements, confidentiality agreements, and franchise contracts.
  • Offer expert guidance on corporate management and compliance matters.
  • Oversee corporate transactions, such as stock acquisitions, asset acquisitions, company share buybacks, and company mergers and splits.
  • Perform detailed due diligence and prepare necessary paperwork for corporate deals.
  • Coordinate with clients, regulatory entities, and other involved parties for smooth transaction processes.
  • Stay informed about changes in company and business law and keep clients updated on relevant developments.
  • Assist and guide junior team members, promoting a cooperative and knowledge-sharing atmosphere.
Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE
  • Demonstrated expertise in company creation, structure, and reorganization.
  • Extensive background in drafting and negotiating business contracts.
  • Sound knowledge of corporate governance and compliance regulations.
  • Proven track record in overseeing corporate transactions.
  • Strong skills in drafting, negotiating, and communicating effectively.
  • Capacity to handle a diverse workload with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in utilizing legal management software and other relevant tools.
