We are looking for a Full Time Store Manager to join the NEW Pavers team at Frenchgate Centre, Doncaster which will be opening in June 2024.
What we look for in a Store ManagerYou could be a Store Manager already or an Assistant Manager looking for your next step.
Do you have a track record of leading and building successful teams in a retail environment?
Are you passionate and successful at achieving sales targets and KPI's with a 'can do' attitude?
What will you do to be successful as a Store Manager?
Drive the performance of your store, making good commercial decisions, liaising with your area manager and head office teams to get the right product at the right time to maximise the sales.
Be self-aware, being able to question, learn, and take responsibility for yourself and the performance of your store.40 hours per week.
