As a Warehouse Operative at Brakes, your responsibilities will include selecting, packaging, and ensuring the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food products for delivery by our drivers. While your journey begins with comprehensive training, supported by optional certified courses like forklift operation, first aid, and HGV driving, the sky's the limit in terms of advancement. Remarkably, nearly 90% of our current managers started at this level, indicating abundant opportunities to switch shifts, roles, and climb the career ladder as desired.
