Roche Health/Home Care are looking to recruit an Administrator to join our friendly team at Hartshead Manor, Cleckheaton

Salary:
up to £12.50phr dependent on experience

Hours: 16/18hrs per week

Knowledge of HR would be advantageous.
Ideally, we need someone with care home experience. Tasks include working with electronic systems to calculate wage hours, process homes invoices, staff records etc. So must be able to have experience in these.
Work is varied so they will need to be adaptable and work to deadlines.
We provide a range of care and support services for our older residents, some of whom have dementia.
Our main priority for this is to find people with the right values, behaviours, and attitudes.

The post will be to maintain all documentation and computer skills within the care home, deal with any inquiries and liaise with all members of the team.

Education level
The minimum requirements is to be computer literate, have keyboard skills and basic bookkeeping skills
Experience
Experience of working in an office environment (a healthcare setting would be advantageous but not essential)
Personal qualities

The post holder must have good communication skills, be organised, honest, reliable and professional and have a good standard of appearance.
