Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the Office Operations Specialist, this role is at the heart of the office making every day run smoothly, seamless and special.


The role involves coordinating the day-to-day operation of the office space, linking very closely with the business around key client activity, events and meetings.

Having the ability to pre-empt what customers might need or going that extra mile to help turn a problem into a solution - it's a role which requires some creative thinking and working at pace.

This role combines bringing together many teams and external partners, ensuring everyone in the office behaves responsibly and professionally in line with our health and safety and security guidelines as well as creating a wow experience for our customers and their clients every day.


You will be responsible for creating an outstanding environment both for our clients and be the face of the Office and the hands-on, detail-driven energy and will love getting involved with the team, our values and will enjoy managing the day to day running of a vibrant and fast-paced workplace.


  • Project Management Experience preferred
