The Directors of Bishop Hogarth Catholic Education Trust and Governors of St John's Catholic School and Sixth Form College are seeking to appoint a Lettings Assistant to assist with our busy lettings provision.

St John's offers a range of facilities for community use, including a 3G pitch and a swimming pool.


The successful applicant will have a proactive and flexible approach, being able to work effectively on their own or as part of a larger team.

A reliable and trustworthy attitude is required.

The purpose of the role is to:

  • Support the school in the letting of the sports and other facilities to external users including set up and taking down of equipment.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service to all users.
  • Ensure all facilities remain at a high standard of cleanliness and repair, ensuring that all facilities and equipment are safe to use.
  • Undertake light maintenance of the building and grounds.


Hours of work are expected to be 9 am to 4 pm Saturdays and Sundays, but these hours will be flexible depending on the bookings made.

The role is 38 weeks per year.
