We are looking for skilled and highly motivated Senior Mental Health Practitioners to join the Exeter Core Community Mental Health teams. S
uccessful applicants will be innovative and compassionate clinicians , who are motivated to deliver individualised, person-centred care and make a positive contribution to service development. This is an opportunity to join us as we modernise and improve our services to meet the needs of Exeter and related families and carers.**You will be an experienced mental health professional (Registered Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist) who has a genuine interest in collaborative working with people of varying ages and complex needs, including service users, their carers and families.

You will join a rich multi-disciplinary team which includes Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Psychiatrists and Support Workers.

We are forming closer working relationships with colleagues in Primary Care and the Voluntary Sector.
