• Car insurance contribution **We are looking to recruit an escort/driver to escort an autistic gentleman with learning disabilities and his support worker from his home in Bridgwater to his day care settings in North Petherton/Taunton and spend some time to help get him settled in the morning and to assist with his packing up routine in the afternoon.

The hours are and Monday to Friday

You will recieve full training to work with this individual as he can display some challenging behaviour at times.

In addition there will be more driving oportunities avaliable not included in the contracted hours in order to provide staff lifts to a variety of local places.

Rates of Pay
*Part-time

*Support worker without level 3 Diploma - £11.34 an hour

*Support worker with level 3 Diploma - £11.87 an hour

The Role

• Fully paid for induction training, which incorporates the Care Certificate, delivered via face to face training, shadow shifts and an induction period. With our comprehensive training package there is no necessity for previous experience.
