You will be responsible for ensuring that service users receive support while upholding the superior standards that define our values and service delivery.


Key Details:

  • Salary: Up to £11.44-£13 per hour depending on service
  • Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license
  • Hours: Full-time
  • Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire
  • Position Type: Temporary

Responsibilities as a Support Worker:

  • Build positive relationships with service users to create a safe and supportive environment
  • Assist service users in developing self-control and positive behaviors
  • Follow and adjust care plans according to evolving needs
  • Help service users with daily tasks and personal care
  • Support in identifying and participating in social activities
  • Act as a positive role model, offering guidance and assistance as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 months of relevant experience
  • Understanding of autism and learning disabilities
  • Compassionate and caring nature
  • Positive attitude and a desire to make a difference
  • Basic IT skills, commutable to Nottingham
