We are looking for an experienced administrator with PA experience to provide a professional administrative support service to TU Online in this newly created position.


Your day-to-day work will involve providing an administrative and PA service to the Head of TU Online, which will include managing diaries, arranging meetings, preparing paperwork and attending meetings to note minutes and actions.

As this is a new role you will also be required to develop processes and systems to support the effective running and future of TU Online Ltd.

Applicants must have excellent IT, planning and organisational skills.


Please note that the role requires working flexibly to provide provision for online response over the Christmas Period (excluding bank holidays).
